We're looking for a motivated and passionate VIP Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll interact with our customers on a daily basis, and will be responsible for selling, retaining, and reviving them. If you’re a passionate and creative individual who likes working with people, data, and technology, with a meticulous approach to solving issues within a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on goals and KPI. 
  • Encourage, support, engage & retain our players.
  • Build and manage personal relationships with our VIP customers.
  • Create exclusive content, promotions & activities for our players – in order to generate value for our players and expand their worth & experience within our games.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive players' activity growth.
  • Deep understanding of the product, features, monetization & economy of the game.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in the Gaming Industry as an Account Manager or similar role - Must.
  • Native or Mother tongue level in English - Must.
  • High-level multitasking.
  • Data, target & sales driven.
  • Customer focused.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and excitement to learn.
