Papaya is a global mobile games startup based in TLV, expanding to Warsaw. Papaya has one of the fastest growth rates in the market and millions of players worldwide. Our team is building a unique, innovative tournament platform used by numerous popular games.

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and social media-passionate Community Manager with a proven track record in the mobile gaming industry to lead our social media presence. The ideal candidate must excel in crafting engaging content according to monthly Gantt charts, managing online communities, and consistently generating creative ideas to drive user engagement through strategic approaches.


  • Develop and execute content strategies to boost user engagement on social media platforms, focusing primarily on Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
  • Create and implement a social content calendar, including writing copy, designing art mockups, and developing video storyboards.
  • Manage daily social media activities, such as posting, analyzing performance, and generating reports.
  • Curate and oversee communities on social channels, nurture positive relationships with followers, and manage online discussions, including social listening, responding to comments, and messages.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Monetization teams to ensure alignment on all activities, events, and features communicated within the communities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
  • Lead creative efforts for customer experience (CX) requirements, covering CRM emails, support matters, and VIP changing needs.


  • 3+ years of experience in Community Management or a related role within the gaming industry.
  • Social media expertise: Proficient in social media management tools and content creation, with a strong understanding of current trends, best practices, SEO principles as they relate to various platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
  • Creative thinker with the capacity to generate unique ideas and concepts.
  • Native-level proficiency in English and a deep understanding of American culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail and visuals.
  • Ability to adapt writing style and tone for diverse purposes and audiences.
  • Experience as a copywriter - a big advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM, support, or VIP teams - a big advantage.
