PAPAYA is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. We're looking for a super-talented, experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join one of the biggest departments in the company and lead the team in our headquarters in Tel Aviv. 

We are looking for a talented CRM Implementation Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the online industry to lead and manage our CRM implementation efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM best practices and a deep knowledge of the Optimove platform. As a CRM Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our customer engagement strategies, improving customer retention, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities


  • Optimove Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Optimove platform to design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation, personalized messaging, and marketing campaigns.
  • CRM Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted email, SMS, and other marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine and optimize CRM strategies, messaging, and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on CRM performance metrics and provide insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and data analytics, to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging CRM technologies to ensure our CRM practices remain cutting-edge.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM implementation within the online industry.
  • Expertise in the Optimove platform is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for staying updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
