Facilities Manager



Papaya, one of the world's fastest-growing mobile gaming companies, is on the lookout for a talented and experienced facilities manager to join our rapidly expanding team.

A Facilities Manager at Papaya will oversee the maintenance, safety, security, and services of our offices in the TLV and our Europe. The main responsibility is to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the employees, provide superior experience, and comply with health and safety standards.


  • Planning and managing the budget for facilities.
  • Supervising and coordinating contractors, staff, and vendors.
  • Working closely with site admin and IT
  • Ensuring facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Implementing and monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Managing utilities, waste disposal, recycling, meeting rooms, equipment and environmental issues.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Responding to emergencies and resolving facility-related issues.
  • Staying updated on trends and best practices in facilities management.
  • Partnering with all relevant stakeholders


  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Professional certification or accreditation in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP).
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
