We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join a strong and strategic HR department. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the business by aligning HR strategies and initiatives with company goals. This will include working with leadership to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes that support the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities



  • Partnering with leadership to understand the business needs and goals and developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support those goals
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices, including employee relations, performance management, and development
  • Coach managers on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics
  • Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Collaborating with other HR team members to develop and deliver training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR initiatives
  • Managing employee compensation, benefits and other HR-related programs including welfare 
  • Staying up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders mainly talent Acquisition and OD 
  • Reporting to HR Director


Requirements


  • 3+ years of working experience in an HR leadership role in a high-tech company 
  • Experience with a rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Hands-on approach, as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills (solving complex employee-related issues, strong team support orientation, and then an excellent active listening)
  • Strong Business Insight
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • Flexibility, fantastic communication skills, and vast amounts of drive
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
  • Experience in managing Comps and Bens process
  • Proven experience with HR system - Hibob preffred 
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
