Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a talented Monetization illustrator who's excited about working in the gaming industry. As a Monetization Artist, you are required to create high-quality illustrations and designs for our live-ops across our games. You will be part of the Art department and work closely with an Art director to develop 2D designs for in-game special offers, tournaments, sales, promotions, and other live operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create playful, intuitive, cohesive look & feel designs for our games
  • Conceptualize, present and execute your ideas.
  • Collaborate with other designers, artists, and monetization managers to generate effective design solutions and receive feedback.
  • Brainstorming with the Art team to come up with new and innovative image ideas
  • Know how to produce content quickly without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience as a UI designer or illustrator
  • Strong artistic skills, creativity, design, illustration, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, quick decision making within tight schedules
  • Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details.
  • A creative team player with good communication skills
  • Experience working in the gaming industry- Significant advantage

Important points

We are looking for an illustrator who comes from the world of gaming, the illustration style is more different from the illustration of characters, less from the worlds of war games.

Unlike a normal illustrator position, in this position, the work is in front of the monetization department, and within the scope of the position they illustrate monetization pop-ups.
