Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We are looking for a talented Senior Animator to lead our Motion Design team. As a Lead Animator, You will be responsible for crafting and animating visual concepts for Global A-List campaigns across all digital and social platforms. This includes but isn't limited to our UA videos, animated banners, and social media content. You will work closely with a Creative Director and be part of our incredible Art Department.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talented in-house animators while working with designers, copywriters, marketers, and external resources to produce and create diverse creatives from storyboard to final execution.
  • Concept and produce UA videos with a strong sense of animation, design, and typography for our games.
  • Bring visual concepts to life (2D animated character videos and live-action videos) and create dynamic and appealing creatives.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure that the visual identity aligns with the marketing strategy.
  • Estimate the time required for tasks assigned and complete them in the timeframe given.
  • Oversee short and long lead design projects, promotional and social media materials as briefed by the marketing team.
  • Ensure a high-level quality in the final product.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and ads within the motion design on the mobile market.


Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in Motion Design as part of a Post Production\Gaming industry
  • At least 2-years experience as a team leader
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere & Photoshop.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong design and animation skills
  • Being versed in cinematic storytelling, video editing, character animation, and VFX skills
  • Curious, detail-oriented, hard-working, and creatively driven
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player with good communication skills within a creative team
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment within tight schedules
  • Seek newness and always stay up to date on the latest design, trends, and tools within Motion Design
