With over 300 employees, the company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant (PA). As a PA at Papaya , you will work closely with our C & V level management, supporting all administrative issues.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day management of our VP’s calendars including all meetings, events, and any additional requirements that may arise. 
  • Responsible for special projects that are relevant to the work of the VP’s.
  • Responsible for coordinating meetings; from sending invites, ordering catering, securing meeting spaces, and following up on correspondences.
  • Keep our VP’s well informed of upcoming commitments, following up and making any necessary changes, when required.
  • Manage travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation while monitoring all goes as planned and proactively making adjustments.
  • Deal professionally with sensitive and confidential matters and materials.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proven experience supporting executives, preferably in global and/or High Tech companies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Energetic and quick learner with an ability to multitask.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • B.A degree/ relevant education.
